Short but sweet. Interesting theme accompanied by varied instrumentation. Mix is clear, a longer version would be interesting.

The intro's bass line really needs either some better dynamics or to be rewritten to allow the bass line to build up more significantly (eg. playing bass notes on strong beats only and building up to every beat). It feels repetitive and lacking expression compared to the rest of the track, it immediately gives the impression it's been written on the computer.

I hope people don't get discouraged hearing the first 20 seconds because the rest of the track is actually expressive and pretty well written. Even the reprisal of the intro feels a lot more life-like because of the upper layers. With a good intro I think this track easily gets 4.5 stars minimum, but I'm going to have to penalize the song for it to 3.5 stars (if there was a 3.7 I'd probably select that). The intro is a really important part of every musical piece, it needs to properly set the tone for the whole song and grab the attention of the listener at the same time. It's really bad if it sets a bad impression immediately.

Don't be discouraged though, like I've mentioned, the rest of the song is well written and expressive. Looking forward to more of your work.

[Aerial Space]

Nice build up, unfortunately the chorus feels quite basic in comparison. There's plenty of extra space for embellishments. This might be personal taste, but the track starts off a bit strong. I'd prefer to filter it or reduce the effects a bit at the start to create more tension as it builds up. Good attempt overall, keep it up.

The majority of the song is pretty good, I especially like the jazzy piano at 0:56 and the build up after. I am not a fan of the main synth playing the chords during the drop / chorus, it sounds really basic. Piano feels very artificial at 2:52, each note of the arpeggios is played exactly on beat and at the same velocity. Add some imperfection to each note to make it feel more life-like. The part with the Amen break at 2:25 is really good too.

Overall, your composition ability is promising, you mainly need to work on your sound design and mixing.

Good layering. My only complaint is that the main melody doesn't vary much, especially from 2:06 to 3:03. The accompaniment builds up, but it'd be nice if it had a more prominent role if the melody is just going to be that stuck as a short riff. Other than that this track is good.
